Account deletion

Open Asta and sign in.

Go to your Profile → Settings.

Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.

Confirm on the second prompt. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
If you can no longer access the app, email nicole@astaai.se from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Your profile (name, gender, area/approximate location, reflections, photos)
Your messages and conversations
Your matches and recommendations
Your login credentials and authentication record
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
For safety and abuse-prevention, if another user reported your account, a record of that report is retained in anonymized form (your identifiers are removed) for as long as needed for moderation and legal compliance. We do not retain any other personal data after deletion. Routine backups, if any, are purged on their normal rotation (within 30 days).
