These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Xue Wang (19920208-0066), on behalf of the Asta Beta Project (“Asta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Asta mobile application and related services (the “Service”). Please note that by the time the beta version of the Service is online, the official registration of Asta as an enterprise may not yet be completed. However, it is the sole responsibility of Xue Wang, in the interim, to ensure compliance with these Terms. By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
1.2 You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
1.3 You may only hold one account. Accounts created in violation of this rule may be suspended or terminated.
1.4 You may not use the Service if you have previously been banned or removed from Asta.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Asta is a dating platform designed to enable users to create profiles, connect, and interact with other users.
2.2 Certain features may include AI-generated suggestions, nudges, or responses. These features are experimental and provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes.
2.3 Asta does not guarantee any specific outcomes, matches, relationships, or compatibility results.
2.4 Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
3.1 You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and in a respectful manner.
3.2 You agree not to:
harass, threaten, or abuse other users,
post, upload, or share content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise harmful,
impersonate another person or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliations.
use the Service for commercial activities, advertising, solicitation, pyramid schemes, or scams,
solicit money, goods, or services from other users,
upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code,
interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
3.3 Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content. You retain ownership of the content you upload or share through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Asta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, reproduce, and use such content for the operation of the Service. This license continues until you remove your content or delete your account, except to the extent your content has been shared with others.
4.2 You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to upload and share User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4.3 You must not upload personal contact details (such as phone numbers, addresses, or payment details) to your public profile. If you choose to share such information privately, you do so at your own risk.
4.4 Other Users’ Content. You may view content provided by other users, but you have no ownership or license rights to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or use another user’s content for commercial purposes or in any unlawful way.
4.5 Our Content. All other content available through the Service, including trademarks, logos, software, and design, is the property of Asta or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
5. Safety Disclaimer
5.1 Asta does not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any information provided by users.
5.2 You are solely responsible for your interactions, whether online or offline. Exercise caution, meet in public places, and follow general safety practices.
5.3 Asta disclaims all liability for the conduct of users on or off the Service.
6. AI Features Disclaimer
6.1 AI-generated insights, nudges, and responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
6.2 They are experimental and must not be relied upon as substitutes for your own judgment or professional advice.
6.3 By using the Service, you acknowledge that AI features may produce imperfect, biased, or unexpected outputs.
7. Beta Disclaimer
7.1 The Service is currently offered in beta testing and may contain errors, bugs, or interruptions.
7.2 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or permanent availability of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asta, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:
reliance on AI outputs or suggestions,
the actions, omissions, or content of other users,
any emotional, social, or relational consequences arising from the use of the Service,
technical failures, downtime, loss of data, or interruptions.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ASTA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR RELATIONSHIPS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.1 The Service and its content are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to constitute, and do not constitute, legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or relationship advice.

10. Privacy

11. Termination
11.1 You may delete your account at any time through the settings function in the app.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

misuse the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for Asta.
11.3 Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Sweden.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asta, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.2 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
14.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Asta regarding the Service.
14.4 Force Majeure. Asta shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet disruptions, or labor disputes.
15. Changes to the Terms
15.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email.
15.2 Your continued use of the Service after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
